Ever Failing Proportions

I AM FINALLY DONE WITH MY FOUNDATION! THE SWEET AIR OF FREEDOM~ Gotta enjoy it while I can shouldn't I?

Drawing so much during these 3 semesters that I tell myself "art is my life" (although I do like all kinds of arts) but my heart refuses to believe it. I can doodle all day but not working on complete drawings continuously for too long.

Semester 1, my way too ambitious attempt of following exactly as requested by our lecturer, and ends up couldn't finish and had my first academic emotional breakdown.
Semester 1 is more on arts and craft and the assignment was a wood project so, skip.

But honestly seriously no kidding that I've noticed quite some improvement on my drawing skills, my producing speed (not much of this but yes), colouring etc. I'm actually paying attention to some lil things that I never cared about before, which I guess is a good thing.

Although so, since semester 1 until now, I'm always losing marks away on freaking proportions, PROPORTIONS. I wonder how am I supposed to draw buildings properly then AHAHAH. Practices, practices, and more practicesssss I guess.

Watercolour attempt.

Soft pastel attempt.
white colour pencil and pastel on black surface attempt.

Colour pencil attempt.
Above 4 are work from semester 2 that I'm actually still confident enough of.

Semester 2 assignment 1, my first ever A2 art work attempt that took 8 hours consecutively.
Lets just skip semester 2 assignment 2 because ... HAHAH.

I actually forgot to snap proper individual photos of all my semester 3 practical work. TOTALLY FORGOTTEN. Not even a single thought of it this semester. Therefore I'm really hoping that I could get back my journal. Even more for my assignments because those 2 are MY FIRST EVER DRAWINGS OF MY FAMILY (and I don't think I will ever draw a complete drawing of my family anymore HAHAH).

Semester 3 assignment 1, family portrait, colour pencil on A2, forgive my poor colouring skill and distorted faces (especially us kids).

Semester 3 assignment 2, my grandmother, soft pastel on A2. I LOVE THIS ONE SO MUCH, took me 7(?) hours consecutively.
Guess it's gonna take some time and a lot more faith to get used to drawing complete drawings everyday.

Avoir la foi. :)
